Microsoft ends support for basic authentication

Microsoft will stop supporting basic authentication, which will affect everyone with an existing Liso room manager device. But that is an easy fix!

On October 1, 2022 Microsoft will be ending support for basic authentication. This means that any customers using Liso room manager with basic authentication will run into a system that stops working. This has been communicated from Microsoft for a couple of years now and customers/end users should have prepared properly for this change.  For those that didn’t – we have provided a migration guide that explains how to move from basic authentication to modern authentication. This will help you to get your system back up and running.  We anticipate a good few of our customers running Evoko room manager (ERM1001) and Liso room manager (ERM2001) to reach out to us due to their system “not syncing” anymore. If you need help with this problem you can go to our support page. It will only take a couple of minutes!
