The Evoko workplace app makes it easy to find and book a meeting room, even when you´re on the go. If your organization are using flexible seating or hot desking, we also provide desk booking within the same app. The workplace app is included with the additional room booking software license.

Several devices can be connected to one meeting room, especially suitable if there is more than one entrance door to the meeting room.

A 5-year hosting license is included with the purchase of a Naso room manager. Additionally, we offer room booking software, enabling the workplace app, overview screen, and more.
